Pedro A. Gilabert was born in Argentina, he grew up in Mendoza. After an
adventurous youth he moved to the US in 1985 where he completed his
academic studies at the College of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
From there he moved to New York City working in the Information
Technology Department at Warner Music Group. While working fulltime he
earned his master’s degree in Special Education at Hunter College in NYC.
Life’s path then led him to a successful career managing a Mental Health
Clinic in New Jersey.
His passion for real estate started around 2010 while looking for a second
home and investment properties in South Florida. He has been a part-time
resident until recently, moving here fulltime during the pandemic. Galt
Ocean Mile is now his home in Fort Lauderdale.
Pedro’s experience and knowledge of South Florida real estate comes from
his personal experiences and investments, along with his close friendships
with many top Realtors. He understands the constant evolving activity of
Florida real estate from the view of an investor, a snowbird, and a full-time
resident.
Pedro compliments his real estate knowledge with his passion for the art
world. He and his spouse Dr. Jose Soto are avid collectors and share their
love of art through PVA Gallery located next door to our Oceanica
International Homes, Realty office at NE 33rd St. Fort Lauderdale.
His personal success is founded upon ethics, honesty, and integrity as well
as his natural attention to detail. Pedro loves to help others and that along
with his combination of life experience and skills make him a great
advocate for those looking to sell, invest or buy their perfect house or properties.
